To some who have asked for further information about Kilbane and the video project, we dont blame you for inquiring further, and appreciate being curious. Without creating a soap opera, heres some more information that may help you decide for yourself. Kilbane was the one pushing for sponsors from the beginning. We all agreed that if the video did pick up a sponsor everyone would share equally. It was made crystal clear that this project was being done as an experiment between friends. At least this was clear between myself, Kyle and Osman. SOFREP paid to have the video produced and put on the web for free. After the site became popular, Kilbane approached my teammates and asked them to join him in laying claim to monies from SOFREP in his bullshit lawsuit …to a man, they refused him, and called me immediately to out his agenda. That should tell you all you need to know.
