To the Administration of A+ Federal Credit Union: I felt that after what seems like the tenth infraction that the problems that Ive been having with your bank needed to be addressed. I have had a vehicle loan with your establishment for going past two years. I would be proud to say that I have been an outstanding customer and always pay my bill on time, but sadly that isnt the case. On more than one occasion I have been a day or so late. As I sit here in my desk chair waiting on my 23rd minute on your hold line for the second day in a row less than patiently waiting for SOMEONE in your employ to do their job and answer the phone I contemplate how long it will take you this time to answer. I know what you must be thinking: Why isnt this customer enrolled in online banking?. The answer is I have tried about 15 times in the last week unsuccessfully. My wife and I have both tried to contact A+ to have them address the issue (and to pay my auto loan) but have had nothing but this piano music playing on a loop that makes me want to drive a power drill into my temple, and some man telling me how I can save the environment by turning the water off while I brush my teeth. Sadly, this man cannot help me pay my bill or fix my online banking. Although I might get closer to it with him than I have with your rude, quick answering, fast to hang up associates that (when I finally get in contact with them) are absolutely no help at all. Once I have paid my loan off I will be closing all my accounts and taking my business elsewhere. I just felt the need to let someone know that either youre the busiest Credit Union in Austin and need to hire new people, or you should seriously consider changing your name to F- Credit Union, as that is your quality of service. P.S.- I wanted to add that as I was typing this I reached 30 minutes on hold and an associate finally managed to answer the phone. Feel proud.
