To the PRO Trainers here (I am NOT one!) : I have a soon to be Therpay Dog and I need to find a key word that he understand when we are going to be working - hopsital, nursing homes,kids, etc. Because he is my shop dog at a my flower shop - WORK or Time to go to Work is a happy time and he knows where we are going for the day. I need a good command word that he can translate to Time for Visit or something similar??? That we put his vest on, his lead is much more closer to me, and that is a comfortable phase with hospice people elders, etc. He is already pretty fantastic and will test for his final on the 12th, but I want him to understand the diff of just greeting all my clients at the shop like he loves to, and knowing he must be much more under control in these situations. Any suggestion would be halpful. This is my 1st time of having a Therapy Dog. =)
