To the………………………………………… Re: APPLICATION FOR SUPPORT Dear Mr/Ms/Sir/Madam, We hereby submit this letter to request your financial support and endorsement for the Cultural Fashion Show 2013 from IRIS PRO-FILMS 1000 HILLS LTD. IRIS PRO-FILMS 1000 HILLS LTD. is a film and photography company that also specializes in event management and representation of actors and models. We also partner with young artists in entrepreneurship to promote arts creativity, including designing clothes. This will be our first fashion show. The “CULTURAL FASHION SHOW 2013” which will provide a forum for local fashion designers to showcase their designs. This fashion show will be unique by featuring designs from a variety of cultures including Amasunzu style, Rwandan clothes preferred since 1962, Umukenyero and Inshabure, East African clothing and collections from Europe, USA and Asia. The event is being organized in partnership with local businesses, designers, fashion houses, seamstresses and will include new and established designers. Our goal is to promote fashion designers and create public awareness of the talent and quality designs in Rwanda. We aim to provide business opportunities, networking and leisure activities for the audience. This fashion show will be: Date: Friday, 30th August 2013 Time: 6:30pm to 10:30pm Location: Sports View Hotel, (In front of Amahoro stadium-Remera) Gasabo District, Kigali City, Rwanda. Entrance fees: 3,000Frw per person & 5,000Frw VIP and we expect 1,000 people. Attached to this letter, is the full description and detailed schedule with the budget of the event.
