To those who have the opinion that I am burdened by caring for my father while he battles for his life daily. To those who i may not have time for because i choose to be present to make sure my father has a dignified , comfortable, and happy last years of his life. I am honored, and proud and happy that i am here, doing the things i do on a daily basis. And if i sacrifice two years getting him healthy enough for his stints and am blessed with ten more years with him...its what i was meant to do.and if he isnt strong enough and is gone tomorrow i wouldnt change this year i spent with him for anything in the world. If you want to have me in your life respect my obligations. If you are so selfish that you complain instead of realizing how much i need someone to be supportive to me, then chances are when i have more space in my life....i will not fill it with you!.....just saying!
