Access must be made from the sidewalk next to Main Street. Also, since the level of the landing pad at the bottom of the ramp will need to be raised, a step or two will be installed leading down to the driveway. The act curtain was removed last week; discussion about a replacement, painted curtain resulted in ideas for research about reproduction painters and appropriate fabrics. Bid specs for the replication of the north emergency exit door and repairs to the main doors will be ready this week. Bid specs for the insulation and sheetrock work in the stage area will be ready this week. At this time, we expect to have the building open for SummerFest on July 4. This means that it will be available for the Craft Fair in November and concerts or plays as well. There may be more work to be completed throughout the rest of the year.
