TodY was taxi to waverly train station and onto train with fully reserved seats not us we sat with two sisters so friendly about my age whose father emigrated from belize where catie has been. All of UK in shock at hot humid weather i did not pack shorts as thought it would be cold! Anyway we had three hour train ride full of talk about family, ancestors, politics, and travels so friendly! We got to liverpool mid afternoon and checked into cadilac of hostel first floor, ensuite bathroom, cheap, free continental breakfast, twin beds not bunk beds for catie who has been so generous to sleep on top. We got wifi and took city bus tour to get lay of land. We decided to head to renovated albert dock where shops, museums, etc. are located and beatles museum and store, too! Then we found main pedestrian street and a pub we were famished and thirsty so had big meal cuz no lunch and two pints for me and two cocktails for catie! Now we are back in room and it actually has a television which we have not seen since i have been here! So one full day in liverpool tomorrow and then onto london catie has booked us and gotten our tickets cheap this morning. So we are good to go and enjoying our travels!
