Today, 9 years ago, we were evicted from our house. Even though I subpoenaed a Note, there was no Note produced. We had 4/5 equity in the house, on a standard construct. In reality, and factually, without the Note, there is no mortgage, and thus, we didnt owe the bank anything. But, we exposed the fact that the Clerks of Court in NC (and most of the time other county officers) dont even have the proper oath of office to be in authority, and thus they are criminals. Its not as if anyone cares, however. I even did a video, which exposes this, and its only been viewed 600+ times.
