Today Adv.Nilesh Ojha filed Criminal case aganist High Court Judge Smt.Justice Roshan Dalvi under Section 167, 219, 220, 342, 500, 501, 504, 506 (1) of I.P.C. And Demanded Compensation of Rs.100 Crore. Adv.Shanti Teli , Adv.Anand Jondhale are advocate on record. The mattet was placed before Metropolitan Magistrate (8th Court) Shri. Shankar Dabhade Who passed the order that the case to be placed before regular court on Monday. Nilesh Ojha Said that he is having Deemed Sanction to Prosecute Justice Roshan Dalvi from President of India. In support of his contention he relied on communication with President of Indias office and Judgment of Supreme Court in Subramanyam Swamys case (2012) 1 SCC (CRI)1041and also letter dated 26th Sept 2014 issued by Ministry of Law and Justice to Registrar General of Bombay High Court. It is further contended by Complainant Adv.Nilesh Ojha that as per various laws laid down by Supreme Court no sanction is required to prosecute a Judge who shouts at a person, wrongfully detain him and prepares forged /false records of court to defame and injure any party . The Complainant Nilesh Ojha also filed a Cri. Writ Petition before Bombay High Court bearing No.3611/2014 for taking action against Justice Roshan Dalvi and P.S.I. Shengale under contempt of Courts Act for violating Supreme Court guidelines in D.K. Basu case while detaining him along with Former Judge O. D.
