Today Allison Gallimore and I will close on our first home. Weve moved 8 times in 8 years of marriage. Into our first apartment in Atlanta then to our second. To Muscle Shoals, Alabama for a summer as an interim youth minister and back to Atlanta. Home to Powder Springs for a season of sabbath rest before moving to Winston-Salem to begin graduate school at Wake Forest. To Oxford where I have begun my tenure as pastor at Hester and now to our own home on the other side of town. Life is never dull with us. We say yes to almost everything. Heres to a new chapter in a new place that is our own and to not moving again for a very…..long…..time!
