Today Bill and I went to NYC to see A Raisin in the Sun, starring Denzel Washington and a fabulous supporting cast. It was very well done, very moving. I cried several times. If you have to opportunity to see it, I highly recommend it. We had to get to the City early because Bill had a 9AM meeting. So I meandered around the Diamond District, Saks 5th Ave and St. Patricks. Not in that order. When Bills meeting was done, we had lunch at Hurleys, went to the show and after the show, went back to Hurleys for a snack before heading home. It was a nice day out and it was actually my Valentines Day gift from Bill, just a little later. A Raisin in the Sun is a limited engagement, so if youd like to take advantage of seeing Denzel on Bway, youd better move on it.
