Today, I addressed cyber threats at The Brookings Institution. The threat cyber poses, while not new, continues to grow rapidly in size and scale. Our military is working closely with the rest of the government, including DHS and FBI, to be ready to defend the nation from a cyber attack. To strengthen our cyber defenses further, particularly on critical infrastructure, we must continue working with Congress and the private sector as well. You can watch my remarks and Q&A here:
