Today I also gave a speech on the 75th Birthday celebrations of Bicheno Primary School (Bicheno Primary School Launching into Learning). For a small, country school of about 100 students, it was a big day made possible by a dedicated school association of 10 members. School association secretary Alison Oliver said that the group, headed up by association president Phil Sliskovic, Vice President Kate de Boer, Treasurer Allison Whelan and herself spent a number of months organising the anniversary school fair.
