Today I ask of you, the people of the world, to grant me your handful of love and compassion so burdened for other needs. God has given me the documentation evidence which unlocked Pandora’s Box, revealing the unknown secrets to the world. Demonstrative evidence that the courts do not want the public to see. 200% of my innocence, also evidence of corruption by a state official. People of the world, By reviewing Attorney William O Burns which dates November 26, 2007, June 5, 2007 and February 6, 2008, you will find that he experts attorney burns is talking about are the following 1. Dr. Arkady Katsnelson 2. Dr. Wayne Caxvey 3. Dr. Peter Deforest Now, what I need for you all to do is to go through every document, transcript and report that I provided to you and compare and or add up how many times Dr. Katsnelson and Dr. Caxvey stated that the evidence would exist interior and exterior of a contact gunshot wound. By reviewing the letter dated November 26, 2007, by Attorney Burns you’ll find that the letter reeks with some kind of conspiracy. Let the record reflect, all the so call evidence that Attorney Burns is talking about in the 11-26-07 letter is in fact from my criminal July 16, 2001. Nowhere in that letter did Attorney Burns noted that he have Dr. Deforest and Dr. Caxvey any of the new evidence and information that I’m showing you here today which show and proves 200% of my innocence of the murder for which I’ve been charged and convicted of. Now here comes the deception, number 4 has been blanked out truly because that’s a witness name that must be protected. A newly discovered witness on my behalf that saw everything that happened on July 14, 2000. And did testify to the facts on December 21, 2011. This new witness testimony has to be credited by a judge and also needs to be cross examined by a prosecutor. It’s not up to Dr. Deforest to credit this witness testimony. He’s a doctor, not a prosecutor or a judge. Weighing a witness testimony is not his field of expertise. The now witness knows for a fact that I did not fire a single shot killing anyone and was and did testify to that. So why did they not want me to enter that investigative field report as a full exhibit in court so that the judge could hear the testimony and will decide whether the credibility of the witness testimony is credible or not. It’s also for the prosecutor to hear and try to make him/her trip, stumble and or fall. In other words, Attorney Burns did not try to tell me in a deceptive way that the system does not want to see any of my new evidence that shows that the states medical examining expert witness is framing innocent people; nor do they want to see or hear from the new witness. Trying to tell me to keep all this evidence in my cell locked in a box. Let’s say he did have the experts review the material mentioned in that letter 11-26-07 and they did agree with Dr. Kalsnelson testimony during my criminal trial. There’s a new witness that saw every little thing that went down that day of July 14, 2000 which knows that I didn’t kill the victim William Rodriguez Jr on the above mentioned day. Why try to take away from my last hope. They wants to take away 2--% of demonstrative evidence that show that I’m innocent trying to break me down to 5%. Your entire system is claiming ineffective assistance of counsel. They love to have mine!
