Today I celebrate one year since my suicide attempt. I publish this because it is extremely important for us to recognize to seek help when you feel you hit bottom. I read often a poem by Jorge Luis Borges called instantes (moments) that I highly recommend. I also want to thank all my family and friends that were there with their love and support. I now know that I am living my dreams, and hope I never again fall into that dark tunnel of despair. Love to all.
