Today I did a little door to door prospecting, handing out flyers for one of my properties, and I decided to bring my 11 month old son along with me. It turns out, he is a very good salesman. He even helped me develop a new script. It went something like this - Hi, I just listed this great property in your neighborhood and I thought you might like to know about it and, because it is such a beautiful day, I decided to bring my personal assistant along with me. This turned out to be a great ice breaker and I ended up having some great conversations with the homeowners in the area. At the last house I went to I was greeted by an older couple who smiled at Connor and immediately replied We know how it is. We have grandkids too. Yep, today was THAT day. Time to start dying the beard again.
