Today I did all I could to comfort and help a very frustrated dog owner who is really just confounded and upset with her adolescent Labrador and herself. She really is doing all she knows how to do to direct, teach, and exercise this pup but still feels she comes up short, and was frustrated to the point of tears today. Interestingly, I am completely empathetic right now, as I am fed up and (yes..) near TEARS trying to understand and work with my new computer and operating system, that I was forced to switch to against my will. Surely my client felt just this way--trying to understand a completely foreign language and failing....
