Today I did not do my normal daily vacuuming and moping, I did not wash or fold laundry, I did not clean any bathrooms or dust any furniture, wash any windows or watch any tv. Instead I made Logan some new tasty food to enjoy for probably the next couple of months and then I played Operation, No more Monkeys Jumping on the bed and Planes matching card game with Matt and Connor and it felt AMAZING! My house didnt fall apart, no inspectors came in and said my house was a mess...Jons dad even stopped by and I didnt loose my mind thinking I needed to clean anything! This is how I want to spend my 2015...and all the years to come. This is my New Years and rest of my life resolution. Spend more time with my kids, they are only little for so long and before you know it they wont want to even sit next to you let alone play a game with you. Stop worrying what other ppl think when they walk into my house. My children will be fed and happy and know their mom loves them...even if there is some dog hair on the floor and dishes in my sink, after all my kids dont care what my house looks like, they care that I spend time with them. Heres to being the best mom I can be for the best kids I could ever ask for...they deserve it!!!
