Today...I felt myself slipping away...falling back into old ways of thinking and allowing my reality to be clouded by negativity. ..you cannot change reality. .only your perception of it...When we feel pain..we go to a meeting for relief. .I found an NA group here in Lewisville. .taking an hour to surround myself with like minded people. .and positivity made all of the difference today...it really does work if you work it.
