Today I got the chance to pay someones groceries. I was walking around the store and I spotted a mother with 2 kids. The little girl was crying because last year her mother promised her turkey this year. The woman kept telling her daughter she couldnt afford it that they would eat hot dogs on Christmas. At that point I came up behind her took the turkey put it in her cart and told her to follow me. I grabbed a bag of potatoes, carrots, sauce, cranberry sauce and stuffing. We headed to the cash and payed her entire cart. She asked me why was I doing this and I simply told her that I promised myself once I was doing well for myself that I would pay it forward. Everyone should be able to enjoy a great meal on Christmas. No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted. Best 80$ Ive ever spent.
