Today I had occasion to call the Snellville Police Department concerning a stalled car northbound at the red light at Highway 124 and Webb Gin House. It was causing a dangerous traffic situation. As happened once before when I called in an incident, the dispatcher told me that I was in Gwinnett police jurisdiction and she would have to transfer me to them. She did, and once again I had a terrible time making the dispatcher understand why I was calling. Dear Lord, I pray that if Im ever on the verge of losing my life that I be inside the city limits of Snellville. Amen.
