Today I have cooked fram scratch a large pot of french onion soup, southern potato soup, large white lima beans, a peach pie and and pear pie. These are things that I get ready for the freezer for later times. I have not started dinner but already have it planned out and getting ready to fix it. This winter I will be ready with a good variety of things to eat. I also gathered a large bowl of raspberries in put them in the freezer. Sure wish my kids were here so I could cook for them. I miss that so much. Too bad we all get old.
