Today I have learned two things: 1.). Just because Fiber One bars taste like a candy bar, you should NOT eat more than one a day (rather than 3). 2.). If you are eating tuna salad with crackers, and you have 2 cats, you should not leave the tuna unattended while you take a break (due to the effects of the fiber bars.) If you do, the cats will eat your tuna then you are back to square one where all there is to eat around your house, is Fiber One bars.
