Today I join many comrades and students in general in congratulating Tshepo Biko Lethea for completing his studies in civil engineering and graduating. Tshepo reaffirmed the highly contested but true phrase that we can chant and pass at the same time. He served in many structures and roles including chairperson of the engineering students council, two terms in Wits SRC-one of which he was deputy president, as chairperson SASCO Wits branch, and a member of ANCYL BEC at Wits. Despite all these loaded responsibilities which he carried out with diligence and excellence, and while running a business, he was still able to graduate with one of the more difficult degrees, Engineering, which has one of the highest drop out and exclusion rates. Tshepo has always acknowledged and recognized the successes of other forces and rascals lol, and today we acknowledge and recognize this great achievement. Well done my comrade and friend.
