Today, I mentally prepared myself to go into work on my day off and officially quit my job. I had made the tentative decision last December to retire when I first heard about Steves medical issues, but coworkers had kept me there and talked me into working my job through June. It was not meant to be. With my task completed today, I first want to thank my supervisor for all the support she has given me these past three months. She is the most kind and caring person I know who has been my supervisor. I couldnt have asked for a better one. Thank-you. Secondly, to my coworkers who I said goodbye to today. You all rock, each of you helped me to be the employee I became, and I am what I am because of each and everyone of you. Thank-you. And lastly to my QCC coach, you are my angel. You will always hold a special spot in my heart for all the advice youve ever given me, for the laughs, the hugs, the tears we have shared. I will always consider you my special friend. Thank-you.
