Today I offered someone my phone for a phone call to Centrelink, as I thought I have unlimited calls. They were on the phone and on HOLD for exactly 2.1/2 hours! Then Centrelink hung up on him after 2.5hrs!!!! Following that I got a txt msg from Vodafone saying I went over my limit by over $100 with that call. Turns out they bill you at 0.98 cents a minute for calls to a 13 number! And I only have a small allowance per month to use on 13 numbers. So that call cost me $132! How CRAZY is that? I called them but they wont waive it, even if I upgrade to a higher plan this month. That is crazy is it not? I cant afford $132 on top of my $95 bill! Any suggestions???
