Today I received the book : WAR DOGS: WRITTEN BY REBECCA FRANKEL Rebecca had spent time with Josh while he was doing training in Yuma Arizona before his deployment after we loss Joshua Ashley Rebecca had contacted me to give her condolences and let me know what she was writing a book and she wanted to have Josh and Sirius in it ..so Josh is in the book theres a photo of him and Sirius theres a picture of Sirius with his new handler Eric Roethler .. She talks about what happened to Josh and she also talks about when she met him and her perception of him ..seeing him while he was training ..ive only read little parts of the book.. I plan On starting to read the whole book tonight ..in this book is several of Joshs Marine brothers that he deployed with along with stories about other k9 military working dogs and handlers in all branches ..The book just came out and its available at Barnes & Noble and Amazon ..thank you so much Rebecca for honoring our K9 military working dogs and their handlers ..and sharing a piece of Josh with others who have never met him..
