Today, I took Ian to a Comic Bookstore called Past Present Future in West Palm Beach. When I was little there was a store I would go with my mom in Bayamon. My mom will exchange her harlequin novels and I will exchange my comics. I also remember begging for comics at the supermarket. I read Wonder Woman, Superman, Batman, but I will also purchase latin ones like Aguila Solitaria, Kaliman, Fantasma y Condorito. What better way to help him with reading, than a great Captain America adventure or Batman. The Store even carried collectibles. I was very impressed with the original Megatron toy and Optimus Prime on display. If you have a boy is a good place to go.
