Today I want you to look in your pantry. Do you have a bunch of food in there? Maybe 5 different cereals, three different breads, canned goods to last a year etc? Then look in your fridge and freezer. Do you have 3 different breakfast options in there as well? I want you to eat everything in your house before you go to the store again. Some of you will be able to eat out of your pantry, fridge and freezer for more than a month. Once your pantry and fridge are empty (except maybe condiments) go to the store and buy what you need for the week. Do not go to the grocery/coffee house/convenience store more than once this week. I guarantee you, you will be on track to lose some pounds. Most people put on weight by purchasing snacks daily, as well as coffee. Complete this exercise and let me know how long you ate out of your kitchen before going to the store again.
