Today I was sitting in the truck, waiting on Robin to get out of his interview, and this young man came up to me asking for any change I can spare... so we get to talking and this 17 year old kid is homeless and he had not eaten in 2 days... he left home so as to keep a roof over the heads of his mom and 4 younger siblings... he got into a pushing contest with his moms boyfriend (he was standing up and protecting his lil brother) and the boyfriend said either he (the boy I was talking with) goes or the mom and all he kids would be homeless... so the 17 year old left... I told him I didnt have much and he said he understood but we continued to talk... I felt so drawn to him and said I wanted to give me what I had... He said no just some change to help him get something to eat and a bus ride... I was able to round up $5 and he was so appreciative of that... I watched him as he walked away... Then he turned back and came back to my door... He said I dont tell people my name but I want you to know who I am my name is Jacob Daniel thank you for sharing with me what you have and if you would please pray for me and my situation... We shook hands and he walk off... I looked up to the sky to thank the Lord for all my blessing and asked that he keep Jacob Daniel safe... So please take a few minutes to pray for a stranger...
