Today I went to Sassafras for the first time, intending to buy a sandwich to take away. A friend brought me a panini from there earlier this week, and it was so good I decided to get another one. When I walked in however, I found the ambience so pleasant I decided to stay, and sat by an open window watching the pedestrians go by. I had an AMAZING mushroom and spinach quiche warm out of the oven, the crust was buttery and delicious, I could have eaten it alone. The service was excellent and friendly, and I cannot wait to go back and try more things from their menu!
