Today I witnessed a customer screaming racial slurs at another customer for the second time since I started here. And for the second time I didnt interfere for fear of losing my job, then regretted it after. This is my promise that if I witness this again, in any situation, I WILL step in. If a company wants to fire me for being compassionate to my customers, I dont want to work for that company anyway.
