Today I woke up looking up at the heavens first to Thank the Lord for giving me another day of life & secondly to Thank my dad for also giving me life as well what can I say about this honorable, hard working, loving, dedicated, great teacher, caring, good hearted, amazing, smart businessman, as Im here remembering all the great memories I was blessed to have with you whether it was when I would sit on your lap on the way to Fresno & u would let me drive as you did the gas & brakes or whether it was when we were driving to Mexico to see my grandmother & I was like 14 & u said lets trade your driving the rest of the way & I was so scared but remained so cool or it was you chasing my sister Rosalva Chavez Heck around the house to give her a good butt whooping for having people over while they were painting posters for homecoming or just when we would lay & watch the news or better yet when I told you I was joining the military & for the first time ever I saw you cry because you didnt think it was a good idea to let your daughter run off & serve our country but after I graduated boot camp you flew to the east coast to watch me graduate Cuz you were so proud of me wearing that uniform I can go on & on dad with all the great memories I have with you but Im here to tell you that Im so proud to be your daughter you were my greatest teacher I know you continue to watch over me & I just wanted to take this time out to say Happy Birthday Daddy you were the best Father anyone couldve ever asked for I see so many fathers that dont even do half of what you did for your children so with that I say this I am proud to be your daughter see you in heaven Daddy I love you from the bottom of my heart your daughter Diana Isabel Chavez ❤️
