Today Im declaring it the Way it is Wednesday!! Because seriously, this is the way it is! I keep getting messages and posts from people asking for help to lose weight (which I love to get) As we all know, the key to long term health and fitness is nutrition, eating right (and portioned) and exercise. I have the tools to make you successful, you just have to use them. But so many hem and haw and want to wait until some perfect time when the Angels sing and the skies open to announce today is the day to start.... Some of you have wanted to do the 21 day fix since June (or before....) and still are waiting to start. I say, if you are really unhappy with your health, size or fitness level, then commit to at least one 21 day round. Just the first one. Then well go on from there. But I have to tell you, if you had done it with me when you first asked youd be at your goal weight by now (or darn near close to it....) So this is it. No more waiting for the sign from the heavens or after this birthday or that event. Eating well has to become part of who you are and what you do most of the time, so let it be now. Ive even timed this to help you squeeze it in between holidays. We start Nov 3rd (after Halloween) and end November 24th (before Thanksgiving) There are no more EXCUSES. Its time. If youve ever struggled with your diet. What to eat. How much to eat. The right balance of proteins to carbs to healthy fats (macros) What exercises to do. What nutritients/vitamins to take. Then I have the answers for you all in one package. YOU just have to finally decide youre tired of being tired and ready to do it. Are you? If so, Im not posting links, I want you to message me. I want to know youre ready. I want to know youve got this. Remember, you wont be alone!! We will all do it together!! So I want to hear from you today. Im waiting!
