Today, Jim McCormick organized Rookie Big-ways to focus on teaching skills needed for large-formation skydives to relative newcomers to this discipline. Skydiving, in general, always maintains an unusually steep learning curve, so even as a coach, I personally felt there was much opportunity for learning. Chasing people through the sky and later discussing how we could have more elegantly done so is always a blast. Overall, a great day.
