Today Oakland County Mi prosecutors dismissed all felony marijuana - TopicsExpress

Today Oakland County Mi prosecutors dismissed all felony marijuana charges against Steve and Maria Green. Tomorrow at 3:30 they return to an Ingham County Family Law courtroom to continue proceedings in their child custody case and work to return their Baby Bree back to their custody. On Tuesday, Judge Leo Bowman called the Greens back into this same courtroom to impose more restrictive bond conditions on Maria—who Bowman said he had seen in the media, discussing her status as a caregiver for her husband Steve, who suffers from epilepsy. Law Enforcement regularly retaliate against drug war victims who publicize their stories. Tuesday Bowman ordered her banned from being around medical marijuana, and banned from being around people using medical marijuana. The Greens have refused to take plea deal offers from prosecutors, and requested a jury trial in both cases. Prosecutors consistently work to at all cost prevent medical marijuana cases from going before a jury. This is part of their overall strategy to continue to enforce the Controlled Substance Act on medical marijuana folks. To continue the absolute prohibition of marijuana, at all cost. What on earth happened to make Oakland County prosecutors suddenly drop ALL pending felony marijuana charges against the Greens? After arresting and prosecuting them, after imposing restrictive bond conditions that disallowed Steve to use his oral cannabis oil and caused him to needlessly suffer grand mal freaking seizures in the interim. After threatening, humiliating them in court and draining them of resources, they drop all charges? What level of threat to public health and safety are Steve and Maria? How many essential police resources were re-routed during the past several years, while they investigated, charged and prosecuted Steve and Maria for their medical marijuana garden? That they received approval from the State to produce? This is why prosecutors dismissed charges against the Greens: because it’s simply too risky to allow the public to witness their family and democracy eating tactics up close. We are going to show them anyway.
