Today, September 4, 2013; 9:00AM at the DAR-Northern Samar Office The UEP-DAR ARCCESS Consultancy Team will present to DAR-Northern Samar the results/findings of the Organizational Enterprise-Needs Assessment & Design Assessment (OE-NADA) of selected ARBOs in selected municipalities of the province. ARCCESS is Agrarian Reform Community Connectivity Economic Support Services. ARBO is Agrarian Reform Beneficiary Organizations. In line with the ARCCESS program, a number of ARBOs in Northern Samar presented project proposals to DAR. These ARBOs and their respective project proposals were assessed by the UEP Consultancy Team over a period of two (2) weeks in July-August, 2013. These ARBOs are found in Catubig, Las Navas, Palapag, and Mapanas (for the rice production project proposal); and the municipalities of Catarman, Lope de Vega, bobon, San Jose, Lavezares, Allen, and victoria (for the coco coir production project proposal) The UEP Consultancy Team is composed of: Dean Romeo D. Obleopas Prof. Felix Licas, CE The same group will present its report to DAR-Eastern Samar for the OE-NADA of the ARBOs in Dolores, Quinapondan, and Hernani (for the rice production project proposal); and the ARBOs in Borongan, Taft, and Salcedo (for the coco coir production project proposal).
