Today Zoe McLaughlin and I started Day #1 of our Travel the World without leaving the state road trip. We are going to visit towns, cities and villages the names of other countries or cities in far away countries. We have made it through five so far with many, many more to go in the coming week. We had a lot of laughs today and are resting nicely in Geneva, New York. Photos will be on their way (unless I figure out how to do it now). This is the easiest way to keep the family updated on our fun. So far we have: (with some fun facts about the non New York location) Chili, New York-The national sport of Chile is Chilean rodeo. Greece, New York, ( Christina Bonito, it wasnt 105 degrees here either)-•Greece features thousands of islands, including destinations such as Santorini and Mykonos. Egypt, New York-The shape of ancient Egyptian pyramids is thought to have been inspired by the spreading rays of the sun. Manchester, New York- •If you ate breakfast in Medieval England, you were also often served beer. Geneva, New York- •Dog droppings is annually listed as the top complaint of citizens in Geneva
