Today as I was busy, I thought allot about the forum on Tuesday night that I went and listened to the candidates. I never realized how misinformed the public really is. If you really want to know what is going on in your community, go to some of the local meetings and get involved and informed. Learn who you are putting in office to spend your tax dollars and represent your community in other towns and cities and just everyday in public. Do you want someone with professionalism or someone that drinks a little much and gets boisterous and just rude. This day and age we hear about bullying and it isnt just with kids apparently. Some work places are just as prone to being bullied in as anywhere. Its very important for people to get out and vote and I just hope before you mark your choices that you have really learnt all you can about the candidate your putting in office. Prineville can not afford to waste our assets in this economy. The past few years has had some costly mistakes by our current commission and we need to learn from them, NOT repeat them.
