Today has been one of those bittersweet days filled with tears of sadness and tears of laughter. Thank you everyone for your support and love over the past year and all the kind thoughts for today. We wanted to share with you some of how we commemorated the passing of our beloved husband, father, brother, team leader, friend, and doctor. We, the dream team, and Dr. Leshs family have each placed a rose in this vase symbolic of the light that Dr. Lesh left in our lives and hearts. Since his feet are no longer carrying his light in this world, our feet are. Here is some of the light those roses represent: 1. Live life passionately 2. Make conscious plans to create loving memories with your family 3. Love others deeply 4. Be a good friend 5. Treat others with kindness 6. Believe in others even if they dont believe in themselves 7. Strive to be your best 8. Encourage others to be their best 9. Laugh a lot 10. Play a few pranks 11. Love God and his Son, Jesus Christ 12. Help others along the way 13. Dont complain, come with solutions 14. Be a lifelong learner 15. Gas stations are for more than gas, buy treats! 16. Forgive others 17. Hum a few tunes each day 18. Chomp on ice 19. Food tastes better with oxygen- Chew with your mouth open 20. Keep candy in your pocket May your new year be a little better with some of the light Dr. Lesh left behind. It has enriched our lives!
