Today has been the best day of my life.. sad but true...wanna know why.. okay i had to plead... wait plead does not match the situation... i was literally begging a government servant working at the Civil registrar in Margao. Having a strong reason for an urgent need of marriage certificate approached the responsible person but he made me beg i wonder where is the concern and the humanity. These people definitely without any doubt do favors like that for people whom they know or people sent by politicians or sent via high influence. But finally after a lot of begging he listened to my request and after waiting patiently for almost 30 - 45 mins he issued me the certificate. Well i totally understand and agree there are rules and procedures but depending upon the situation these rules can be bent.

Thanks to those who hated me, you made me a stronger person.
