Today in Cairns city it is going to be a perfect day .. Winter in the tropics here is a good climate to live in as long as you have a ticket to leave. Building standards here are shocking.. Termite control and the use of safe materials is shocking. Investments in homes here is dicy because of the low grade of inspections and materials being used.. Land agents get a fixed fee for selling or even not selling..Once again a really corrupt legislation looks after this club .... There is no competition in real estate sales and services.. we are being ripped off shockingly..
