Today in the grocery store, I overheard as woman griping at her son that he needed to change his attitude about eating healthy food. Saw her later, and in her basket was white bread, bologna, boxed Mac and Cheese, and a host of other bad food items! The woman herself was not a healthy weight, and carried most of it in that dangerous mid-section. If you want your kids to be healthy, you need to show them what healthy is! #betheexample
