Today in the star, ive read something very disturbing.(TWO COUNTIES APPOINT ENVOYS IRREGULARLY) in this new constitution, does a county have aright to have an ambassador in another country. i thought they are county goverments, now Elgeyo marakwet have appointed an ambassador to the netherlands, and vihiga one to Germany. Are they representatives of the county to that country and will the foreign goverment, recognise them? if so then we are 47 countries and not counties.
