Today is Moms birthday. Its bittersweet, because her person/property is under complete control of Lutheran Services Florida. If I buy her a gift, it will become inventory that they can sell, when she runs out of money. (She already HAS run out of a nice life savings due to a corrupt probate court hearing; hubby and I are paying overages.) She owns her home in full, but if I cant get a capable atty, they can easily sell it to pay for their huge expenses. The attys are saying I cant save Moms house, because her legal wishes were nullified in court. (But I still want to forfill Moms wishes.) They will buy her a gift with HER money. And, shell be happy, because she wont know. I dont tell her, except when she asks. Because what she doesnt know wont kill her. What she will know - including the day they move her out of her home and sell it to pay for their wages - will kill her. So, were keeping it happy. Happy face is on. German Chocolate cake and frosting is in the oven. It will be a good day for Mom! They cant take today away from her. Keep Marise In Her Home
