Today is My Husbands Birthday and this was my way of doing something Different and surprising for him. We love cheesecakes and there it was a perfect way to Satisfy those Kuch Meetha Khana Hain wale urges. ☺️☺️Thanks to CAL family and the motivation and inspiration that is shared here.. I finally got up the courage to try this. Cakes and desserts were never thought of as I dont have an oven at home... but CAL opened my eyes that an oven is not at all A NECESSITY. I wanted to surprise him but doing this without him at home was the most difficult part .. Finally he went to the gym yesterday and i whipped up the whole thing meantime .. Only....ALAS... 😜😜He walked in On me When i was taking these Pictures.. I felt like my hand was in the cookie jar 😁😁😁but the smile on his face and his hurry to finish one of them was compliment enough. These are NO Bake Cheesecakes and I followed the recipe given at Joyofbaking. My Husbands a Mango fan and me a strawberry .. So I made 3 types.. Mango Flavoured Cheesecake with fresh Fruit Strawberry Flavoured Cheesecake with fresh fruit Plain Flavoured Cheesecake with strawberry Coulis.
