Today is a day that I must continually remind myself that I am NOT in control of a lot of things in life, and allowing myself to get upset over situations that while legitimately are completely unfair is in no way going to make the situation better or easier to handle. I have been struggling with this recently, and today I may well have boiled right over if it hadnt been for the awesome workout I had at EEA this afternoon. Thank you Shawn for an excellent class which totally helped me to release the steam which would have gotten me in big trouble. Im grateful to have such an amazing support, and such an outstanding outlet. I walked away today feeling 99.9% human again.
