Today is a great day! For the 2nd time in recent months, I had a buyer who wasnt finding a property that met her needs. There was just nothing available. Since there was nothing listed for sale that worked, I decided to see if I could find something that wasnt for sale. With some diligent searching and talking with owners, I found my buyer a property that fit her needs and owners who would consider selling. After a bit of negotiating, we went under contract today! Now to find these new sellers a replacement home. This is why I love my job! Im able to help buyers and sellers come together even when they didnt know they were ready to sell!
