Today is a huge milestone in my life. Few remembered, even fewer probably care....but today marks the official 10 years I have been with the love of my life. April 10th, 2004. You asked me as we danced if I would be your girlfriend. Little did either of us know, that question actually meant forever. Its surreal & sometimes hard to believe myself, but sometimes your feelings for someone are more powerful than the obstacles that stand in your way of being together. Brandon, even at our very worst...the love is still there. That understanding that goes without being said. I cant imagine through every thing we have been through over the past decade having anyone but you by my side through it all. We have had some terrible trials, but we have has our most beautiful triumphs. Our beautiful baby girl. Oh how she looked just like her daddy. Our home when it caught fire. Those 15 minutes before I knew you & Greyson were ok. Were the second longest moments of my life. I cant be here without you. Im glad Im not. Even when the road is hard, we never give up. Your my best friend. That person I want to laugh with at 2 am just because. Like today, I am so sick with the stomach flu. What a crappy way to start your day, let alone such a milestone of a day. When I just laid on our bedroom floor in agonizing pain, you tried to pick me up but I hurt too much to move. So instead you get down with your knee still in its brace, and just laid with me on the floor. Its those little things that keep our fire lit. The same fire thats been burning for 10 years now. Nothing has put it out, & its left a burn mark of each other forever. Happy 10th Anniversary Bambino. Im so proud of us. We knew this day was coming when when we talked about it as kids. Here it is. & I hope its forever everything you hoped it to be. I love you Brandon. 04.10.04, now 04.10.14. Started from the bottom now were here! Lol. Jk, I promise our next decade will be even better than this one. Heres to another beautiful, crazy, victorious 3652 more days of the truest love you will ever feel. ❤️💚💗💙💛
