Today is an amazing day in history that most people will not know but it is a very special day to me. Today 70 years ago the most amazing man I know was born. In this day and age he is a very rare person more so now than ever. I have never heard a bad word from his moth in the 48 years I have known him, he is a perfect gentleman,a great father and a devoted husband of over 54 years. He has never known the word quit in his life. He was married at 16 years of age had three kids little formal education. He work two jobs most of his life to make sure that the family had what they needed and still made time to make all three of his kids feel special and important ... not only them but every kid in the neighborhood ... often when it would be turning dusk on a summer night the knock at the door would come and it was 1/2 the neighborhood coming to see if he could come out and play kick the can... or hide and go seek. I could go on writing about how he played with the kids in the neighborhood, or how he fixed everything in the house or how he help more people than i will every know or I could tell you how he still to this day serves and treats every person he meets as if they were royalty .... yes today is a very special day in history for today 70 years ago my dad ( David Garcia ) was born THE GREATEST MAN I KNOW... an amazing man, husband, father, grandfather, friend and role model of what a man should be ... thank you dad for always being there and being the person you are I Love you.
